Christie's Fine Art Storage Services

Individual Units

CFASS provides clients with the convenience of individual units for the storage of their fine art and collectibles. This unit becomes the client's private warehouse within the confines of the CFASS facility, benefiting from our state-of-the-art facility and bespoke service.

Standard rooms sizes:

	Half:	9 sq. metre (approximately 100 sq. ft.)
	Single:	18 sq. metre (approximately 200 sq. ft.)
	Double:	36 sq. metre (approximately 400 sq. ft.)
	Triple:	54 sq. metre (approximately 600 sq. ft.)

Smaller and larger custom sizes are also available.

Managed Storage

Managed storage is for clients who prefer to have CFASS store their property in the CFASS managed warehouse instead of using their own individual unit. In managed storage, each item is received, inspected, photographed, barcoded, and secured into the managed warehouse by CFASS staff. Clients of the managed storage service may access images and details of their stored property on-line. Access to the managed warehouse is limited to CFASS staff who will arrange viewings on site for clients on request.

Managed units combines the privacy of an exclusive unit with the practicality of managed storage wherein CFASS will document and manage your items within your own private unit.
