Individual Units

CFASS provides clients with the convenience of individual units for the storage of their fine art and collectibles. This independent unit becomes the client’s private warehouse within the confines of CFASS.

Standard room sizes:
  • Single: 25 sq. meters
  • Double: 50 sq. meters
  • Triple: 70 sq. meters
Larger custom sizes are also available.

Wine Storage

  • Wine vaults are maintained at 13°C (55°f) or 10°C (50°f) as per client’s direction, with 60% humidity

Individual Jewelry Vaults

  • Dedicated jewelry vaults offer dual lock security systems

Managed Storage

Managed storage caters to clients who prefer to have CFASS store their property in the CFASS managed warehouse instead of using their own individual unit. In managed storage, each item is received, inspected, photographed, barcoded, and secured into the managed warehouse by CFASS staff. Clients of the managed storage service may access images and details of their stored property on-line. Access to the managed warehouse is limited to CFASS staff who will arrange viewings on site for clients on request.
